• Home inspection certification (preferred, but not required)
• Construction background, knowledge, or experience
• Attention to detail
• Good communication/people skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic skills of photography
• Tech skills: Smartphone operation & app use
• Physically capable of climbing on/in: Roofs, attics, crawlspaces, etc.
• High school education or equivalent
• Current driver’s License
